    Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Arrange on metal baking pan. Bake 20- 22 minutes until golden brown.

    Air Frying: Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees F. Arrange product in air fryer basket. Cook for 14- 15 minutes. Cod requires cooking to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer.
