Carefully selected cuts of pork are used to make this delicious thick cut bacon. Each bacon slice is slow smoked with real wood, making it a tasty addition to breakfast sandwiches and BLTs alike. Fry a few slices for bacon and eggs, or chop it up and add thick cut smoked bacon to any of your favorite dishes. Crumble a slice into bacon bits or try pairing with a breakfast sausage in the morning. Keep this 16-ounce vacuum sealed package with about 12 slices of bacon refrigerated and use within seven days once opened.

Cooking Directions: Stove Top: Cook bacon in unheated skillet on medium 11 to 14 min., turning frequently. Oven: Bake bacon in shallow pan in 425 degrees F oven 18 to 22 min. or until heated through. (No turning necessary.) Microwave: Place 2 bacon slices (For two servings) between paper towels on microwaveable plate: cook on high 2-1/2 to 3 min. (Caution: Plate may be hot.)
