Description

Cholesterol free egg white pasta. No cholesterol. Low fat. Low sodium. Egg yolk is the most concentrated source of cholesterol in the daily diet. Egg noodles are made with egg yolks. No Yolks are made with wheat flour, corn flour and dried egg whites. They do not contain egg yolks. They also do not contain artificial coloring or preservatives. No Yolks have the same taste and texture as egg noodles and they are equally nutritious. No Yolks may be used in any recipe which calls for egg noodles. Product of the USA.

  • Cooking Directions: Bring 3 quarts of water to a rapid boil. To add flavor and reduce stickiness, and salt (optional). Gradually stir in 6 oz. Of No Yolks: Return to rapid boil. Cook uncovered for 9-11 minutes, stirring occasionally, drain well. Serve as desired. For 12 oz of No Yolks use 5 quarts of water.
