Allergen Information: Contains milk.- Keep frozen until ready to use. Cooking: Defrost unopened bag in cold water for 30 minutes to 1 hour or in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Bake un-covered in pre-heated 375 degree oven for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. To cook evenly, turn the tenderloin periodically. This product can also be grilled over low to medium heat. Do not leave unattended while grilling as bacon will cause fire to flare up. Let rest 10 minutes before carving. Enjoy!
