    Ingredients

    Gluten-Free 100% Whole Grain Oat Flour, Brown Sugar, Tapioca Starch, Leavening (Monocalcium Phosphate, Baking Soda), Eggs, Sea Salt, Xanthan Gum.

    Allergens and safety warnings

    Contains: EGG. Due to processing on shared equipment, contains trace amounts of milk, soy and tree nuts. Store in a cool, dry place.
  • To Make Flapjacks:

    1 cup mix
    1 cup milk
    1 egg

    Stir together ingredients in a bowl until combined (do not overbeat). Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto a heated, greased pan or griddle. Cook on medium-high heat until bubbles form. Flip and continue to cook until golden-brown.

    To Make Waffles:

    1 cup mix
    1 cup milk
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp oil

    Prepare just like the flapjacks and add 1 Tbsp of oil. Pour the batter into a heated and greased waffle iron and cook according to your waffle iron's instructions.
