Keep refrigerated at 40°F or below and use by the date stamped on the package. After opening a package, enjoy this product within three days.- Use a knife to slice the casing length wise, then peel off.
Skillet: Place chorizo in a non stick skillet over medium heat, breaking the chorizo up with a wooden spoon. Cook for 10-12 minutes, until product has reached an internal temperature of 160F.
