    Keep refrigerated. Cook before eating. Use within 3 - 5 days of opening.
  • Stovetop: Remove chorizo from casing and crumble into a shallow skillet. Cook in its own juices over medium heat for approximately 8 minutes or to an internal temperature of 160°F. After chorizo is thoroughly cooked, add 3 to 4 eggs per 12 oz of chorizo. Lightly stir eggs and chorizo until ready and serve. Makes 4 - 6 servings.
