CONTAINS WHEAT; PRODUCED IN A FACILITY THAT HANDLES PEANUTS AND SOY.- Cooking: Wok/Skillet: KA-ME noodles are quick and easy to prepare. Heat 1 tbsp of sesame oil on high. Add your favorite sauce and KA-ME Stir-Fry Noodles. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Microwave: Remove outer bag. Pierce inner pouch several times. Cook on High for 90 seconds. Serve plain or with sliced meat, poultry, vegetables and sauce. KA-ME Soba Stir-Fry Noodles with Vegetables. Ingredients: 1 tbsp. KA-ME Sesame Oil. 1 - 12 oz bag of frozen stir-fry vegetables. 4 oz KA-ME Stir-Fry Sauce. 2 pouches KA-ME Soba Stir-Fry Noodles. Scallions and pickled ginger for garnish. Cooking Time: 9 minutes. Serves: 4. 1. Heat 1 tbsp. sesame oil and frozen stir-fry vegetables in wok or skillet on high for 5 minutes. 2. Pour in stir-fry sauce and heat for one minute. Set aside. 3. Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil on high; add Soba Stir-Fry Noodle pouches; stir and cook for 2 minutes. 4. Combine with vegetables from step one and stir for one minute. Add garnish to taste.
