Contains: wheat, barley.- Cooking Instructions: Bring large pot of water to boil. Add Simply Asia Udon Noodles to boiling water. Cook for 6 minutes or until desired tenderness, stirring occasionally. If water starts to boil over, reduce heat. Drain well. Use immediately in your favorite salad, stir-fry or soup dishes. Tip: If noodles begin to stick together, rinse lightly with water. For use in cold noodle dishes, rinse well with cold water & drain again.
