Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Storage: Prepare within 3 days of purchase or freeze up to 30 days. Previously handled frozen for your protection. Refreeze or keep refrigerated.- Preparation: Thaw product prior to cooking.
Grill: Preheat grill to medium-low. Add sausage. Cook, covered, for 15-20 minutes or until sausage is browned and the internal temperature is 160 degrees F, turning links often.
Stovetop: Spray a skillet with cooking spray. Add sausage. Cook over medium-high heat until browned, about 5 minutes, turning links often. Reduce heat to medium-low. Carefully add 1/2 cup water to skillet. Cover and simmer for 12 minutes or until the internal temperature is 160 degrees F.
