Contains: wheat, milk, eggs, soy.- Heating Instructions: Microwave: Remove frozen pancakes from the wrapper. Stack the desired number of pancakes on a microwave safe dish. Heat on high according to the number of pancakes heated: 1 pancake - 30 seconds. 2 pancakes - 45 seconds. 3 pancakes - 1 minute. Microwave heating instructions developed using 1100 watt microwave. Overheating may cause pancakes to toughen. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove pancakes from wrapper and place them in a single layer on a baking sheet. Cover the pancakes with foil and bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until warm. Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze. Heat thoroughly before eating; Follow preparation instructions below.
