Safe Handling Instructions Keep Refrigerated- Pan Fry: Over low heat, turn bacon frequently, until crisp, drain fat and serve.
Microwave: Place bacon on a paper towel in a shallow baking dish. Top with a paper towel to prevent splattering. Microwave on high (microwave ovens vary in power, these instructions are guidelines only):
• 3/4 -1 minute for 1 slice
• 2-1/2 - 2-3/4 minutes for 4 slices
• 4 - 4-1/2 minutes for 8 slices
Bake: For large quantities, bake in preheated 425°F oven in a shallow baking pan for about 15 minutes.
