BAKE ACCORDING TO THE CHART BELOW; TURNING POTATOES OVER HALFWAY THROUGH THE BAKING TIME. FULL BAG: 18 - 20 MINUTES HALF BAG: 12 - 14 MINUTES RETAIL AIR FRYER 1. PREHEAT AIR FRYER TO 360°F. 2. COOK HALF BAG FOR 9-10 MINUTES; SLIDE OUT BASKET AND SHAKE HALFWAY THROUGH COOKING TIME. RETAIL DEEP FRY: 1. PREHEAT COOKING OIL IN DEEP FRYER TO 345°F - 350°F. 2. DEEP FRYER SHOULD BE NO MORE THAN HALF FULL OF OIL. FILL FRYER BASKET NO MORE THAN HALFWAY WITH FROZEN POTATOES. USE CAUTION LOWERING BASKET INTO HOT OIL. 3. FRY 3 TO 6 MINUTES.
