    Allergens and safety warnings

Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Follow cooking instructions, as potatoes must reach a minimum of 165°F (74°C) internal temperature as measured by a food thermometer in several spots.
  • Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F. Spread desired quantity of frozen potatoes evenly across an 11" x 17" baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Bake according to times below, turning potatoes over halfway through baking time.

    Full bag: 22 – 24 minutes
    Half bag: 16 – 18 minutes

Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 360°F. Cook half bag for 10 -12 minutes. Slide out basket and shake halfway through cooking time.

Deep Fryer: Preheat cooking oil in deep fryer to 345°F – 350°F. Deep fryer should be no more than half full of oil. Fill fryer basket no more than halfway with frozen potatoes. Use caution lowering basket into hot oil. Fry for 2-½ – 3-½ minutes. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

Note: Frozen food may develop ice crystals, causing hot oil to spatter. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed.
