  • Stovetop: Add 1" of water to a large pot and bring to a rapid boil over high heat. Place lobster on a steamer rack over water and cover tightly. Steam for 7 - 9 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F. Serve with melted butter. Other options: Break in half and sauté in shell, or grill wrapped in foil.
