Contains: MILK, WHEAT, EGG. Keep frozen. For food safety, bake to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured with a food thermometer. Do not exceed oven temperature of 400°F. Ovens may vary; adjust cooking time accordingly. Use potholders when removing from oven. Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately. Do not use toaster oven.- Microwave (1100W): Remove tray from outer carton. Cut 3 - 4 slits in film to vent and place in center of microwave. Cook on HIGH for 5 - 6 minutes or to an internal temperature of 165°F. Carefully remove tray from microwave and let stand for 2 minutes before serving.
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F with rack in center of oven. Remove tray from outer carton and place on baking sheet. Do not remove plastic film. Bake for 45 minutes or to an internal temperature of 165°F. Carefully remove baking sheet from oven using potholders and let stand for 2 minutes before serving.
