    Safe Handling: This product was prepared from Inspected and Passed Meat and/or Poultry. Keep Refrigerated or Frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
  • BBQ Pit or Smoker: Preheat pit or smoker to 250°F. Evenly space cubes on grill surface. Smoke 4 - 5 hours or until internal temperature reaches 190°F or until tender/firm. Remove cubes and place in foil pan. Pour enough of your favorite BBQ sauce to cover cubes, then cover with foil. Place back on smoker for an additional 1 - 2 hours at 275°F.

    Bake: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place meat into a shallow baking dish spread evenly. Cook 1 - 2 hours or until internal temperature is 190°F - 200°F. Drain grease and cover chunks with BBQ sauc. Cook another 20 minutes then remove from oven let chunks rest for 10 - 15 minutes and serve.
