KEEP IN A COOL, DRY PLACE. Contains: WHEAT, SOY- Stove Top: 1. In a frying pan, brown the rice and vermicelli blend with 2 tbsp butter or olive oil. Stir until vermicelli is light brown. 2. Add 2 cups of hot water; stir in seasoning pack and 14.5oz can of diced tomatoes (if desired). Bring to boil. 3. Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer 20-25 minutes or until all water is absorbed. 4. Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve. Microwave: 1. In a 1.5-quart microwave-safe dish, combine the rice and vermicelli blend with 2 tbsp butter or margarine. Microwave on HIGH until vermicelli is light brown, about 2 minutes. 2. Stir in 2.5 cups hot water, seasoning packet, and 14.5oz can of diced tomatoes (if desired). Microwave on HIGH until boiling, about 3 minutes. 3. Cover and simmer at 50 percent power for 15 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve.
