Microwave at high 1-2 more minutes or until vermicelli is golden brown. Remove and stir in 2-1/4 cups water and special seasonings and one 14-1/2 oz. Can of diced tomatoes, untrained. Microwave uncovered, at high 19-21 minutes or until rice is tender. Let stand 3 minutes microwave ovens vary; adjust times as needed.
