ENRICHED LONG GRAIN RICE (RICE, NIACIN, IRON [FERRIC ORTHOPHOSPHATE], THIAMINE [THIAMINE MONONITRATE], FOLIC ACID).Allergens and safety warnings
Store in a cool, dry place.- Cooking Instructions: Range Top: 1. Bring 2 cups water to a boil in a medium saucepan*. 2. Stir in 1 cup of rice, cover. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until water is absorbed. 3. Fluff lightly with a fork and serve. *Add 1 Tbsp margarine and 1 tsp salt per 1 cup uncooked rice, if desired. Creamy Mushroom Risotto (Rice Cooker Recipe) Vegetable oil cooking spray ¼ cup unsalted butter ¾ cup onion, chopped 1 cup H-E-B Long Grain Enriched White Rice 2 cups chicken broth ½ cup mushrooms, chopped 1 tsp sage, chopped 1/3 cup white wine ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided use ¼ cup parsley, chopped Spray rice cooker with cooking spray. Place butter, onion, rice, broth, mushrooms, sage, wine, and half of Parmesan cheese in rice cooker. Stir. Cover and cook until bell chimes (about 20 minutes). Garnish with remaining Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Note: Rice cooker automatically switches to warm cycle when rice is done.
