Ingredients
Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast With Rib Meat, Water, Potato Starch, Contains Less Than 2% Of: Yeast Extract, Vinegar, Onion Powder, Salt, Garlic Powder, Spices, Citrus Extract, Dextrose.Allergens and safety warnings
Keep Frozen- Skillet (Suggested): Heat non-stick skillet over Medium heat. Pour 1 Tbsp oil into pan and heat for 30-60 seconds. Place frozen meat slices in a single layer into the heated oiled skillet. Cover skillet and cook on Medium heat stirring periodically. Cook 6-8 minutes or until heated thoroughly. Let stand 1 minute before serving.
Microwave: Place meat slices in a single layer in a microwave safe dish. Cover with paper towel. Heat on High power until heated thoroughly. Let stand 1 minute before serving.
• Heat one portion (3 oz), 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
• Heat one package (12 oz), 4-4 1/2 minutes; stirring after 2 minutes.
Oven: Pre-heat oven to 425°F with rack in center of oven. Spray a foil lined baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Place frozen strips, in a single layer, on the foil-lined baking sheet. Bake for 9 – 11 minutes or until product is warmed through, flipping product over halfway with a spatula. Let stand 1-2 minutes prior to serving.
Air Fryer: Pre-heat air fryer to 400°F. Place frozen strips in basket in a single layer. Air fry for 5-7 minutes or until warmed through. Shaking/tossing product in basket halfway through cooking. Let stand 1-2 minutes prior to serving.
CAUTION PRODUCT WILL BE HOT! Do not overheat, product is already cooked. Due to variations in equipment, heating time and/or temperature may require adjustment.
