Ingredients
Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast with Rib Meat, Water, Contains 2% or Less of the Following: Citric Acid, Corn Starch, Dried Garlic, Dried Green Bell Peppers, Dried Onion, Dried Parsley, Maltodextrin, Natural Flavors, Salt, Spices, Vinegar, Vinegar Solids, Yeast Extract, Sauteed in Vegetable Oil.Allergens and safety warnings
Keep Frozen.- Skillet (Preferred Method): Place frozen strips in a single layer on an unheated skillet with 1 tbsp water and 1 tbsp cooking oil. Cover and heat on medium for 6 minutes. Uncover, flip strips over, and heat, uncovered, for an additional 6 minutes or until hot.
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Place frozen strips on baking sheet. Heat 18 - 22 minutes or until hot.
Microwave: Arrange frozen strips on microwave-safe plate. Heat, covered with microwave-safe wrap, on high: 2 – 4 pieces for 2 to 3 minutes. Do not overheat. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes before serving.
