Ingredients
Broccoli, Carrots, Sugar Snap Peas, Onions, Yellow Squash, Baby Cob Corn, Bamboo Strips, Water Chestnuts, Red Bell Peppers, Straw Mushrooms.- Stovetop Method: Heat a large, heavy bottom, skillet over high heat for 3 minutes. Add oil and frozen vegetables and stir-fry until crisp tender or to desired tenderness. 1 tablespoon oil; 2 cups of stir-fry blend; 3-4 minutes cook time. 2 tablespoons oil; 4 cups of stir-fry blend; 4-5 minutes cook time. Avoid overcooking. Microwave Method: Place the amount desired of frozen H-E-B Asian Stir-Fry Blend in a microwave-safe dish, cover with plastic wrap and vent in one corner. Microwave the vegetables on High power for required cook time or to desired tenderness, stirring halfway through cook time. Drain and season to taste. 2 cups of stir fry; 1 tablespoon water; 4-5 minutes cook time. 4 cups of stir-dry; 3 tablespoon water; 6-7 minutes cook time. Due to variations in microwave oven wattage, cooking times may require adjustment. Keep frozen at 0 degrees F or below.
