Keep frozen at 0°F or below.
Stovetop:
Bring 1/2 cup water to a boil over high heat. Add frozen vegetables to boiling water and return to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 7 - 9 minutes. Drain and season to taste. Do not overcook.

Microwave:
Place frozen vegetables and 2 Tbsp water in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover with plastic wrap. Cook on HIGH for 5 - 6 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time. Drain and season to taste. Microwaves do vary; adjust cooking time as necessary.
