Ingredients
Tilapia.
Allergens and safety warnings
Contains: TILAPIA. Caution: Contains BONES. Keep refrigerated.
Oven: Preheat oven to 450°F. Spray a foil-lined baking sheet with oil. Bake tilapia for 30 - 32 minutes. To serve, scrape away small bones from top and bottom of fish. Split top fillet in half lengthwise and carefully lift each piece away from bone cage. Grasp tail and lift entire bone cage including head. Scrape away any remaining bones. Also great for grilling.
