Contains: WHEAT, EGG, MILK. Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. For food safety, cook to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured with a food thermometer. Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately. Do not use toaster oven. Do not exceed oven temperature of 400°F. Ovens may vary; adjust cooking time accordingly.- Microbake: Preheat oven to 375°F with rack in center of oven. Remove tray from outer carton. Cut 3 - 4 slits in film to vent. Place tray in center of microwave and cook on HIGH for 4 minutes. Remove from microwave. Remove film and place tray on baking sheet.
