Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.- On skillet - Place turkey bacon in single layer in preheated skillet. Cook 3 to 4 minutes over medium heat to desired crispness (Optional – add 1/2 tablespoon of oil during cooking to improve crispness). Conventional oven method- Pre heat the oven to 400°F and place turkey bacon on a tray in single layer. Cook 18 minutes or until it reaches the desired crispness.
