Description

Conveniently already seasoned with True Texas BBQ Salt & Pepper Blend, this H-E-B Natural boneless beef brisket is a point cut, which is smaller and juicier than a flat cut of brisket. Packed with intensely beefy taste, it’s best to cook brisket low and slow. After oven-roasting, braising or smoking it, let it rest before slicing thinly across the grain. This brisket point has been trimmed to remove the fatty deckle area.
