    Ingredients

    Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, Seasoning (Salts [Encapsulated Salt {Salt, Fully Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil (Contains One or More of: Soybean Oil, Palm Oil, Cottonseed Oil)}, Pink Himalayan, Cyprus White, French Grey and Fleur De Sel], Green and Red Bell Peppers, Black Pepper, Chile Flakes, Red Pepper).

    Allergens and safety warnings

  • Grill:
    Light charcoal briquettes and let smolder for 40 minutes until ash-covered or preheat gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed.

    Grill chicken breasts about 4 inches above medium-low heat (325°F). Cook for 2 - 3 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

    Stove:
    Coat a large skillet with non-stick cooking spray and preheat pan for 1 - 2 minutes over medium heat. Place a single layer of chicken breasts in the skillet. Cook 2 - 3 minutes per side, depending on thickness, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

    Oven:

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Place a single layer of chicken breasts on a foil-lined baking pan. Bake uncovered for 12 - 15 minutes, depending on thickness, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
