  • Stovetop: Place thawed crumbles or 1/2" thick slices of sausage into a pre-heated skillet. Brown turkey sausage thoroughly over medium-high heat (approximately 8 - 10 minutes for slices, turning 1 - 2 times or 8 - 10 minutes, stirring often, for crumbles). Always cook to well-done (165°F as measured by a meat thermometer).
