  • 1. Use 4-6 quarts of water per 16 oz pasta.
    2. Bring water to a boil with 1 tablespoon salt (optional).
    3. Add pasta and stir well.
    4. Return to a full boil and cook for 10 - 12 minutes or until tender. Stir occasionally.
    5. Immediately drain.
