  • Preparation: 2 lbs. Thawed Seafood: 1. In a medium sized bowl, combine 1 cup of water and 1-1/2 cups of coating mix; whisk into a batter. 2. Place the remaining dry coating in a separate container. 3. Dip the seafood pieces into the batter and then dredge in the dry coating mix. 4. Pan fry or deep fry until seafood is opaque and cooked through to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Alternative: Bake at 350 degrees F for about 20-30 minutes or until suggested internal temperature is reached.
