Moroccan Chicken
3 frozen chicken breasts
1 medium onion
1 can garbanzo beans (15 oz)
1 can garlic-seasoned chicken broth (14.5 oz)
1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
1/2 cup raisins
1-1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp dried thyme leaves
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 cup uncooked plain couscous
Salt & ground black pepper to taste
1/2 cup chopped parsley
Heat chicken breasts in microwave according to package directions. Meanwhile, chop the onion and rinse/drain the garbanzo beans. Combine onion, beans, broth, tomatoes, raisins and spices in a large deep skillet. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Stir in couscous and cover skillet. Remove skillet from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes. Slice meat into 1/4-inch thick strips. Stir strips into couscous mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with parsley and serve while hot.

Keep frozen.- Oven:
Preheat oven to 425°F with the rack in the center of oven. Spray a foil-lined baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Place chicken breasts on baking sheet, about 1" apart in a single layer. Bake for 20 – 22 minutes (depending on thickness) or until heated thoroughly. Let stand 1 minute before serving.
Microwave:
To Make 1 Serving: Place 1 frozen chicken breast on a microwave-safe plate. Cover with a paper towel. Heat on 50% power for 5 – 7 minutes (depending on thickness) or until heated thoroughly. Let stand for 1 minute before serving.
