How to Choose a Turkey
Consider the number of people you’re serving and select one that’s big enough to allow for 1 – 1-½ lbs uncooked turkey per person.

    Ingredients

    TURKEY, WATER, CONTAINS LESS THAN 2% OF: SUGAR, SALT, VINEGAR, SODIUM PHOSPHATE, ROSEMARY EXTRACT.

    Allergens and safety warnings

    Keep refrigerated. Fully cooked. To freeze turkey, keep it sealed in its original packaging. Freeze by the sell-by date on tag. May be kept frozen for up to 60 days. To thaw, place unopened turkey in the refrigerator on a tray for 24 – 36 hours before serving. Do not thaw at room temperature.
  • Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F and remove packaging from turkey. Do not remove oven-safe leg clamp. Place turkey breast-side up in a shallow pan. Add approximately 1 cup of water or just enough to cover the bottom. Cover loosely with foil. Heat turkey until internal temperature reaches 120°F. Do not overheat; turkey is already cooked. Remove from oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes for easier carving. Due to variations in ovens, cooking time and/or oven temperatures may require adjustment.
