Keep refrigerated. If you plan to freeze turkey, keep it sealed in its original packaging and freeze it before the "sell-by" date on the tag. May be kept frozen for up to 60 days. To thaw, place it on a tray in the refrigerator for 24 – 36 hours. Do not thaw at room temperature.- Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove all packaging from turkey. Do not remove oven-safe leg clamp. Place turkey breast-side up in a shallow pan. Add approximately 1 cup of water or just enough to cover the bottom of pan. Cover with foil. Heat turkey until the internal temperature reaches 120°F. Do not overheat since turkey is already cooked. Remove from oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes before carving. Due to variations in ovens, cooking time and/or oven temperatures may require adjustment.
