Safe Handling: Fully cooked. Not preserved. Keep refrigerated below 40°F at all times. Refrigerate leftovers within two hours. Once opened, use within 5 days.- Oven:
Heat oven to 350°F. Remove ham from packaging and place flat side down in a shallow roasting pan. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and heat for 10 minutes per pound.
Carving Instructions:
Once ham is thoroughly warm and ready to serve, place ham flat side down on a carving board or platter. Hold meat fork with one hand and place into ham so it remains steady. Then, begin carving the ham with your other hand across the grain into 1/4" slices.
