    Allergens and safety warnings

Keep frozen at 0°F or below. For safety and quality, cook vegetables to 165°F prior to consumption.
  • Stovetop:
Thaw frozen vegetables for 20 minutes at room temperature or place them in a microwave-safe dish, cover with plastic wrap and microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes to avoid oil splattering during stir-fry cooking. Heat a heavy-bottom skillet over high heat for 2 minutes. Add 2 Tbsp canola oil and the thawed vegetables. Stir-fry the vegetables for 3 - 5 minutes or until desired tenderness. Season the vegetables to taste.

    Microwave:
To cook half package: Place frozen vegetables and 1 Tbsp of water in a microwave-safe bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Cook on HIGH for 4 minutes, stirring halfway through the cooking time. Drain and season to taste. To cook whole package, use 2 Tbsp water and cook for 7 - 8 minutes.
