  • Stovetop:
    Place frozen corn in boiling water and return to a boil. Cook covered on high heat for appropriate time or to desired tenderness. Drain and season to taste. Do not overcook.

    To make 2 cups of corn: Use 1 cup water and cook for 4 - 5 minutes. To make 4 cups of corn: Use 2 cups of water and cook for 5 - 6 minutes.

    Microwave:
    Place frozen corn and water in a microwave-safe bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Cook for appropriate time or to desired tenderness, stirring halfway through cooking time. Drain and season to taste. Do not overcook.

    To make 2 cups of corn: Use 2 Tbsp water and cook for 4 - 5 minutes. To make 4 cups of corn: Use 1/4 cup of water and cook for 5 - 6 minutes. Microwaves do vary. Adjust cooking time as necessary.
