    Allergens and safety warnings

    Keep frozen at 0°F or below. For safety and quality, cook vegetables to 165°F prior to consumption.
  • Microwave (preferred method):
    Place bag with the correct side facing up directly in your microwave oven. Do not cut, pierce, or open the bag. Microwave on HIGH power for 4 - 5 minutes or to desired tenderness. Contents will be hot. Carefully remove broccoli from bag and season to taste. Microwaves do vary. Adjust cooking times as necessary.

    Stovetop:
    Bring 2 cups of water to a boil over high heat. Pour in broccoli and return to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 - 6 minutes or to desired tenderness. Do not overcook. Drain and season to taste.
