Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces including cutting boards, utensils and hands after touching raw meat. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard them.- Grill: Heat charcoal for 30 minutes (until ash covered) or gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Set grill to medium heat (375°F is ideal). Season pork ribs as desired and cook for 30 - 45 minutes. For medium-rare or medium doneness, remove ribs at an internal temperature of 140°F or 150°F. Let ribs rest 10 minutes before cutting/serving. Other Option: Sear and braise ribs at 350°F for 2 - 3 hours.
