1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
Place a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add vegetable oil and chicken. Cook until no longer pink. Add in the cooking sauce and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer for 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (165˚F). Serve over a bed of pasta. Makes about 4 servings.
