Microwave: Remove clear film from microwavable tray. Place in tray in microwave and heat for 1 minute. Stir well (chocolate maintains its original shape until stirred). If not completely melted, continue to microwave for 15 second intervals until smooth. Stir thoroughly after each interval. Allow unused coating to harden in tray and store in an airtight container at room temperature.
