Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.- Smoker: Preheat smoker or pellet grill to 225°F. Season finger ribs as desired and place on smoker for 4 – 5 hours. It's important to maintain a consistent temperature in smoker throughout the cooking process. Remove ribs when desired tenderness is reached. Let rest for 10 minutes before cutting/serving. Other Option: Sear and braise finger ribs at 350°F for 2 – 3 hours.
