Wash working sur- faces (including cutting boards) utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.- Fry: Preheat fry pan over medium heat. Fry bacon for 2 - 3 minutes turning frequently allowing slices to evenly brown.
Microwave: Place slices on a microwave-safe tray and cover with a paper towel. Cook on high for 45 - 60 seconds per 1-oz slice.
