    Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
  • Oven: Season stew meat as desired. Optional: Toss in seasoned flour. Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat for 1 minute. Place stew meat in Dutch oven and sear on all sides for 1 – 2 minutes. Add 1 – 2 cups of broth, juice or water and chopped vegetables. Cover with lid and place in oven. Sear and braise in oven for 40 – 60 minutes. Remove and serve.
