  • 1. Heat 1/4-inch oil in a heavy skillet over medium heat for 10 min. 2. Meanwhile, season cutlets with seasoned salt and pepper. 3. Beat 2 eggs with 1/2 cup milk. 4. Turn steaks in flour to coat. Dip in egg mixture, then turn in flour again to coat well. 5. Fry 2-1/2 to 3-1/2 min/side. Avoid crowding. Serve with cream gravy. Options: Pan broil, pan-fry, braise.
