  • Stovetop: Season steaks as desired. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for 1 – 2 minutes. Place steaks in skillet and pan broil (using no oil) for 2 – 3 minutes per side. Remove at an internal temperature of 140°F for medium-rare or 150°F for medium. Remove steaks from skillet and serve. Other Option: Air fry steaks at 370°F for 2 – 3 minutes per side.
