Keep Refrigerated.- Coat meat with flour. Heat 2 Tbsp of oil in a large pot over Medium Heat. Brown meat 3 minutes per side. OPTIONAL: Brown vegetables in a separate pan. Add broth, water, wine or other cooking liquid to cover meat completely. Add cooked vegetables to the pot and season as desired. Bring to a boil, then cover. Simmer over low heat 2.5 - 3.5 hours until tender.
