Keep Refrigerated- Cut steaks into 6 portions. Season. Turn in seasoned flour. Heat 1 Tbsp of oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Brown meat for 2 min/side. Wipe the oil from the skillet. Add 1 cup of beef broth. Cover and cook for 1 hour or until tender in a heated 300 degrees F oven or simmer over low heat on stovetop until tender Do not boil, or meat will toughen. Thicken pan juices for gravy.
