Keep refrigerated. Contains bones.- Grill: Heat charcoal for 30 minutes (until ash covered) or gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Set grill to medium heat (375°F is ideal). Season steaks as desired and cook for 4 – 8 minutes per side. Remove at an internal temperature of 140°F for medium-rare or 150°F for medium. Let rest 10 minutes before cutting/serving. Other Option: Air fry steaks at 370°F for 5 – 7 minutes per side.
